Should I get ASSESSED for ADHD as an adult in my 50's?

Why I got the ADHD test done?
If you're thinking of getting an assesment as an adult, my personal view is yes.
Its a roler coaster of emotions getting the results, but it also offers you the opportunity to get help and support.
I was given the diagnosis of "inattentive ADHD" at the age of 50.
I only got the diagnosis a few weeks ago, but have since learnt alot about the condition and wanted to share my journey.
Please note, these are just my views and thoughts from the front seat.
