Is it ok to use a a thin pillow/blanket to support the neck, top shoulders during the partial inversion. This is a fantastic practice. And your attention to detail truly amazing

Hi Nehal, yes, you can use towels rolled. Depending on the thickness maybe two rolled around each other. Also a rolled mat can be useful. Try it out and see. Namaste.
Jesus, the bolster is a wider one (72cm X 32cm X 17cm). In the past I have used a more rounded bolster but over time they become more flat. Both are good, with different functions. A firmer bolster is good as it becomes softer over time. You want it firm enough to give a good lift to the chest. If too firm, walk on it to loosen up. I am using kapok stuffing which can also be refilled occasionally as it loses its tone.
