      Only makhane, little bit so it is dry and easy to grind for making powder. Cooking more - means we lose lot of nutritional value.
      Watching Nutrition is life long process. There is no such thing that you have it few times, you won’t need it until 90 years as our body is very complicated. Regular balanced diet, nutrition, its use helps, and skipping will have no harm done, if we are taking care of our nutrition in diet, as needed for our age, individual needs.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

      Well laddoo, Punjabi pinni, panjiri, or milk drink - doesn’t matter as it is not receipe that is helping body. These ingredients are the one that are strengthening out immunity and health.
      We can use them individually, as mixture or in recipes- be creative and enjoy it.
      Above all don’t forget to keep in mind the calories intake and exercise. We cannot fill ourselves with puri alloo, paratha, butter, pakwaan, jalebi, mithai, fruits etc etc and have these on top of it. Good luck and stay healthy 😜🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

      Since I use it daily, I don’t refrigerate it, as we finish it within 2 weeks. Now I made bigger batch using 200 gm ratio for convenience, so I keep smaller bottle for 2 weeks outside on the counter- handy and rest in refrigerator-to refill later. Also, this time I added small quantity of saunf and ilaichi powder to improve taste as we don’t add sugar or mishri. None of the ingredients have any side effects using this quantity daily.
      As such unless you have any allergy, dieticians do recommend eating, almonds, walnuts, sunflower etc etc- nuts to build your immunity.
      For most people, cost and spending extra time to do this becomes their limitation.
      Better than paying doctors! But health is wealth, so Enjoy if you can.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

      @@gurwinderkaur4428 It is drink for dietary supplement. By Indian beliefs, khaskhas is hot ingredient, like methi seeds!
      It is hot July now, and we are using it! One big tablespoon of mixture in hot milk, isn’t the quantity to worry about. We don’t like drinking hot stuff in summe but people drink hot tea. Yes hot drinks make you feel hot!
      If we skip some days, will not even matter as it is not a medicine like antibiotics that must be taken for certain time period or for life. You really are strengthening your immunity- your health thru good nutrition, which helps. It is incorrect, if Anyone claims that, this drink in 3, 4, 5 ...days -you will never have problem! It is only making up for nutrition that we don’t plan in our daily life.
      I am sure, with cost constraints, and effort will always restrict its use for most people. Unless people have allergy to any nuts, milk/ lactaid - it is general diet! I often joke, ironically, it is drink / or eating nuts - all are solutions for rich with time handy! But I am not a doctor, I am only sharing my family’s experience with it.🙏

      By the way, this is not any medicine- when to have and when not. If all ingredients are necessary or not- these all are nutritional ingredients, we can have alone or in combinations, in any recipe.
      Our Indian diet is mostly carb based, so most of us get protein or calcium deficiency. As we grow older, it becomes more visible. Result - more problems- diabetes, age related issues, lack of exercise, weakening of memory ....etc etc.
      So nutrition becomes important. Only difference is, when we use it in hot milk before going to bed, we sleep well. When we sleep well, our body cells etc do it’s repair work better, wake up rested, feel active and energetic....That is why it is recommended to have it at night, in hot milk! Resting well and balanced diet is key to good health.
      I am not a doctor but have experienced all this with family members, seeing their doctors, dieticians......We use it regularly and it helps- how long don’t know🙏🙏🙏👌

      Senor Diabetic Patients who are being monitored with continuous sugar monitoring daily with freestyle libre2 monitors 5-6 times a day! This was part of the diet supplements tried to avoid dieticians recommended tasteless diet.
      The net outcome -the result in diabetes management is not just use of this but also by cutting carb-(atta, rice, sugar) intake of mithai, fried stuff, too sweet fruits, adding protein to diet, addicting vegetables, milk, eggs, meat, fish and above all exercise- 30- minutes walk once or twice daily. Anytime patients cheat on diet, the monitor shows the results within 2 hrs and family can plan the next meal and patient exercises to burn the extra carb/sugar intake.
