dream interpreter here and loving to hear your interpretation of your dream "what do you need to let go of?' I might add, due to it being with the girl that cheated on you- probably hurt your self esteem as it would anyone. So maybe... also let go of fear of thinking your not enough? Clearing the fear to step forward.

Thank you, Michael. I don't use a magnet, but if I feel like the energy is stuck and not exiting my body when I am doing this kind of clearing, I wave my hand from my sacral up my body line to kind of scoop it along. I can always 'hear' this movement's influence in my yawn. What was interesting to me today is that, mimicking your magnet movement, I waved across my head instead, forehead to back, and 'heard' the same sound in my yawns. In fact, even more there.
