(insert trollface here) And of course, the old memories of how it was before I encountered Reimu, when I was a roaming spirit of Jigoku, freely going about wreaking havoc upon the humans...good times, good times. I'm also quite flattered by how much compliments I'm getting over that YuugenMagan. She bothered me a lot.
No, actually, Ive experimented. Easy Mode isn't much different from normal mode in terms of the amount of boss bullets. The only real difference from Normal Mode is that the "turrets" in the normal stages don't shoot.
I tried Normal after playing Easy for a long time and it seems like the ball physics change, with it moving faster and bouncing harder. Also, bosses have longer life and might start later fight phases earlier. The turrets are still one of the biggest deals though.
Rightly so. Sariel is the best non-canon Touhou character, aside from Mima. I'm still waiting for ZUN to break the news to everyone else that Marisa has been possessed by Mima since the end of PC-98. It's the only way to explain her dramatic personality shift from MAGICAL GIRL YAY to THIEVERY, DA ZE~.

Apparently the 6th installment is suppose to be a "soft reboot" so while some of the 98 lore may still be cannon, there's most lore that were left in the 98 era. as for weather or not Mima returns, I don't know for sure. but if she does then perhaps she is either still sealed up in the Hakurei shrine waiting to be released from imprisonment (More likely), or intentionally reincarnated herself for a hidden scheme (More fun). Maybe even both if she was able to split a part of herself at the last possible moment, so that one day, Mima would free herself and be whole again...

Also according to Zun everything in pc98 is canon but if there's a contradiction the new info overwrites the old one. But there is no contradictions so... Pc98 is 100% canon
