Interesting set up. I am really concerned, from a safety point of view, that all that stuff you have on the back will make your brake lights and turn signals 'invisible' to anyone behind you.
Looks like.a great way to get rear ended. 😞
What is the item at the top of the right door? Do you have a link for it?
    Thx, Alan

      Hi Alan,
I have a lot of lights back there. All visible even if fully packed out with bikes and covers.
Regarding your question about an item on the back of my rig if you search back a few months ago you will find a video where I go over everything.
I will try to add it in the comment below.
      Hope that helps!

Yeah, everything might be ok for a vehicle 30ft directly behind driving on a straight road, however realistically you encounter vehicles from different angles, etc.. and the lights are obsucred, same for the license plate. In many countries this would be illegal. If a driver behind had the same POV as your camera how would they see your righthand turn indicator?
Also no mention of the hitch weight and you might want to figure out the impact on weight due to the extra leverage from the extension. At the end of the day it's your van and your safety.

Great video! It's been a month you posted the video. Are you still using the rack and any pros and cons?

Yep. Still using the rack and I'm still happy with my purchase. If I was to do it again, I would get the driverside swing, but that's it.
