I do like Reines characterization. But I would still mark her as a dangerous enemy to eliminate if I lived in the Nasuverse. Her morality is only a step or two from Kotomine, she has the resources of a diminished noble family, and she has the magical, though not martial, talent to be dangerous. The novels make it more clear just how much of a moral cesspit she can be.
