    Thank you, Sherrill. What an excellent idea to use crochet thread. I remember using button thread when I was young. I have also used waxed thread as a substitute, not as good for sewing on quilting cottons though. Your idea is heaps better. 😊

    Sherrill, I’m curious why you didn’t separate the threads and wind them around the button against each other, then tie a knot? Thanks.

      @TheSewingRoomChannel  วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hi Dale. If the thread is pulled tight enough, the pressure of the button against the pillow will hold the thread in place. Your tip will also work. Thanks for watching 💗 and thanks for watching😍

    I’m looking to buy another sewing machine. Curious what type you use?!

      Hi Carol. I recommend visiting a sewing machine dealer store. Tell them your budget and what type of sewing you do and what type you would like to learn how to do. They will demonstrate machines in your budget. The also usually give a free class with purchase of machine. You will learn how to use many of the sewing machine's features. I do like the computerized machines the best. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching 💗 and thanks for watching😍

      @ thank you for replying. It’s just an easy decision to make. My current machine is sooo old but works great. Just doesn’t embroider like I’d like to start doing. It’s a Necchi.
