Jazz Thornton - Closing Speaker

Having gone through childhood trauma and mental illness in her teens, Jazz has now dedicated her life to providing hope, teaching resilience and fighting for change. Having addressed world leaders at the UN General Assembly in New York and talked with Royalty about mental health, Jazz's work has become internationally recognised.
Jazz’s story was told in the feature documentary film The Girl on the Bridge, which premiered in 2020, and she was named Young New Zealander of the Year for 2021.
A true entertainer at heart, Jazz also went on to win Dancing With The Stars in 2022. Jazz is passionate about connecting with her community, primarily on TikTok, where she reaches nearly 3 million followers across her two accounts.
