@@ASeeker-9999Your arguments make no sense. SC putting out 800 pages, copy pasting from previous history, means nothing. A student praying to get the strength before an exam is different from a judge saying that he got the direction from God. This totally undermines the credibility of the judiciary. Imagine a Muslim judge saying this. The Ayodhya judgement defied all logic and was written unsigned. Now we know who wrote it. God himself! What total BS.

    • @ASeeker-9999
      @ASeeker-9999 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

@@rigeshyogi It’s was a bench of multiple judges! One judge prayed to god doesn’t mean that god made the decision for him! lol! That’s such a juvenile take. He asked god to help so god made the decision?? 🤣🤣
If the judgement was what The Wire wanted then they would say Judiciary is unbiased but if it’s against their preference then judiciary is compromised. If CJI attends Iftar party with political leaders then it’s secular. If CJI Chandrachud sings Christmas carols while attending Christmas party then - SC is secular. But if the same CJI does Ganesh Puja then all hell breaks loose- how can he do that!! Religion and judiciary have to be separated 😅😅
I pray to god like CJI did, so that God save our country where such gullible people fall for such stupid narratives! 😅
Btw,He was not the sole deciding factor. Anyway it’s hard to argue with brainwashed people who are constantly into conspiracy theories and finding fault in each n everything that doesn’t go their way! Not your fault! People who constantly watch either far left media or far right media seldom see nuances.
Google ‘ Indian media bias chart’ and try to follow neutral media or watch both right n left media , hear both the sides n then make up your own mind on any topic. Never blindly follow any one media, especially any extreme media. Else it’s easy to get trapped in an echo chamber.
That is the sad the reality of international media too. Google ‘ International media bias chart’ to see their ideological biases!

    > "I served the country with utmost dedication, and I am anxious about how history will remember me," said CJI D.Y. Chandrachud.
Yes... CJI Chandrachud, you will be remembered in history, but for these reasons:
For co-writing / co-authoring the Babri Masjid judgment, and then not having the courage to sign the judgment.
For declaring electoral bonds illegal and then ensuring that neither the money was recovered nor anyone was punished.
For calling the Chandigarh election officer a criminal and then taking no action against him.
For declaring the Shinde/Fadnavis/Ajit Pawar government illegal, declaring the governor's actions illegal, and then allowing the same government to continue for the remainder of its term without taking any concrete decision. Sending the matter back to the illegal speaker and allowing him to make illegal decisions.
Instead of asking Adani Enterprises to sue Hindenburg in U.S. courts, you made Hindenburg Research a party to the investigation, and then, based on your 'expert' panel's final report, considered the Adani Enterprises as clean, rather than demanding an investigation of Hindenburg's allegations by a team of 'experts'.
For shielding yourself on the constitutional validity of the removal of Article 370 and then ruling that the decision was appropriate, overlooking the fact that it happened when the state assembly (a legal entity that should have been consulted) was suspended and under President's rule... leading to an odd situation where the President of India consulted with the President of India to decide that Article 370 should be abrogated.
You will also be remembered for allowing young Muslims like Sharjeel Imam, Umar Khalid, Khalid Saifi, and Gulfisha Fatima to remain in jail, ruining their youth. They are repeatedly being denied bail because they are neither rich nor powerful but simply because they are Muslims, fighting for the rights of Muslims.
You will be remembered for letting the accused in the Bhima Koregaon case rot in jail, for the death of Father Stan Swamy, and ultimately for the death of Professor G.N. Saibaba. Even though credible forensic evidence showed that the entire case was false, based on fabricated evidence by the police and politicians.
These are some of the legacies you are leaving behind. In the end, opinions may differ on whether you did anything good for the judiciary or completely failed in it.
Yes, before leaving, you did remove the blindfold from the eyes of the Goddess of Justice. Justice used to be blind, but now it will see who is the oppressed and who is the oppressor... and "justice" will be done accordingly. You will also be remembered for this new tradition.
But you did not honor the old tradition of the judiciary. You truly broke the practice of delivering justice according to the spirit of the Constitution. You did not decide the Babri Masjid case based on evidence but based on devotion to God and a direct connection with God, believing that God showed you the right path.
CJI Chandrachud, you will be remembered for all these reasons and for the fact that you flattered to deceive.
These are now part of history, which cannot be changed, like water that has flowed in the Ganges. Remember that history will not be kind to you.
And yes... you will also be remembered for performing a puja with the Prime Minister at a private ceremony, with a cameraman accompanying you.

Thank you Mr Varadarajan for calling a spade a spade! What a climb down for CJI Chandrachud. Before he became the CJI, he raised our expectations with some truly landmark judgments related to liberty and gender rights etc. He had one of the longer tenures in recent history of CJIs, and that had really raised our hopes. Not to mention the key outstanding cases such as the upholding of the central government's scrapping/ reading down of Article 370 and the splitting of J&K State, and several other important cases in the court. He came to office on a weekend to give bail to Mr Arnab Goswami saying bail is an exception and bail is the rule, but what about people like Umar Khalid and several others languishing in jail, detained on flimsy cases - just as we now learn about the unfortunate incarceration of Dr Sai baba and his untimely death due to illnesses he collected during his jail term as an under trial. Will any of them ever get justice? Not if the likes of CJI take refuge in seeking solution from divine God. No wonder the majoritarian, biased God of CJI - not the universal God, who would have kept his silence, as he has done to all the millions who pray - offered solutions to CJI because God has some specially Chosen children.
Farewell Honourable CJI. In fairness you did pass some landmark judgments such as the one on electoral bonds and kudos to you for the same. However, you also passed some of the most debatable judgments, some indeed regressive from a fine judge hailed for his modern outlook. For us as common citizens of India, even some basic professional probity in life has become a rarity that we need to celebrate, what should have been commonplace!

To all those saying bobade and chandrachud being lifted to CJI , CJI is the senior most judge. So it has nothing to do with their decision . Wire saying all this with funding from China is acceptable
