Hi Matt - mentioned last time but you should try VEA on Wellington in Sheung Wan. They have a brilliant tasting menu with some fish maw and abalone. I was there in 2019 and it blew me away.

How will you find the world best seafood ordering lamb or whatever you ordered. This place seemed not worth the trip as well. You weren’t very enthusiastic about it.
