ఇండియా ఈరోజు ఈ పరిస్తితి లో ఉండడానికి మొదటి కారణం రిజర్వేషన్ దానికి నేను ఒక ఒక ఉదాహరణ ఇస్తాను .1950వ సంవత్సరంలో గవర్నమెంట్ జాబ్ పొందటానికి ఎస్సీ ఎస్టీ క్యాటగిరి వారికి 35 మార్క్స్ వస్తే జాబు ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది .
అలాగే B.C క్యాటగిరి వారికి 45 మార్కులు వస్తే జాబు ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది ఇంకా ఓసి క్యాటగిరి వారికి 60 మార్క్స్ వస్తే జాబు ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది .దీనివలన 35 మార్కులు వచ్చిన జాబు వ్యక్తి తాను విద్యార్థులకు ఏం తెలియకుండా ఎలా విద్యా బోధన చేయగలడు తన విద్యాబోధన చేయడం బదులు ఒక టెర్రరిస్ట్ ని తయారు చేస్తున్నాడు. గవర్నమెంట్ కి బడుగు వర్గాల మీద సానుభూతి ఉంటే చదవడానికి అవసరమైన పుస్తకం రాయడానికి కలం ఉండటానికి ఇల్లు ఇలా ప్రత్యేక సదుపాయాలు కల్పిస్తే మాకు ఏమి సమస్య లేదు. కానీ జాబు విషయంలో రిజర్వేషన్ పెట్టడం వల్ల వందలాదిమంది విద్యార్థుల రూపంలో నక్సలైట్లుగా తయారవుతున్నారు అది వాళ్ళ తప్పు కాదు ఉద్యోగం అనేది ప్రతిభను బట్టి ఇవ్వాలి ఒక్క ఉద్యోగంలో మాత్రమే. డాక్టర్ బి.ఆర్ అంబేద్కర్ కూడా పది సంవత్సరాలు మాత్రమే రిజర్వేషన్ ఉండాలి అని కోరుకున్నాడు కానీ ఈరోజు రాజకీయ స్వలాభం కోసం 70 సంవత్సరాలు రిజర్వేషన్ కొనసాగించారు దీనివలన విలువైన విద్యార్థులు బయటకి రావడం లేదు నేటి పౌరులే రేపటి భావి భారత పౌరులు ఈ విషయం మీకెందుకు అర్థం కావడం లేదు నాకు అర్థం కావడం లేదు.
What is meant by ‘disproportionation’ of an oxidation state? Give an
example.
When a particular oxidation state becomes less stable relative to other
oxidation states, one lower, one higher, it is said to undergo disproportionation.
For example, manganese (VI) becomes unstable relative to manganese(VII) and
manganese (IV) in acidic solution.

Biological oxidation of methanol and ethanol in the body produces the corresponding
aldehyde followed by the acid. At times the alcoholics, by mistake, drink ethanol,
mixed with methanol also called denatured alcohol. In the body, methanol is oxidised
first to methanal and then to methanoic acid, which may cause blindness and
death. A methanol poisoned patient is treated by giving intravenous infusions of
diluted ethanol. The enzyme responsible for oxidation of aldehyde (HCHO) to acid
is swamped allowing time for kidneys to excrete methanol.
The introduction of acetyl (CH3CO) group in alcohols or
phenols is known as acetylation. Acetylation of salicylic acid
produces aspirin.
Ethanol undergoes dehydration by heating it with concentrated
H2SO4 at 443 K.
The high boiling points of alcohols are mainly due to the presence
of intermolecular hydrogen bonding in them which is lacking in ethers
and hydrocarbons.
Solubility
Solubility of alcohols and phenols in
water is due to their ability to form
hydrogen bonds with water molecules
as shown. The solubility decreases with
increase in size of alkyl/aryl (hydrophobic)
groups. Several of the lower
molecular mass alcohols are miscible
with water in all proportions.

Sir i am also a foundation members of loksatta. Action plan is required. Now no democracy only partycracy. No seperation of powers with cheks and balances, hVing all executive powers with legislature. There is problem with out dated system!? We can't change.
