The producing in this song was really well done and I was super impressed and glad you talked about it. Another song I was impressed with the producing this year was G-Dragon's Intro: Middle Fingers Up from his Kwon Ji Yong album and the BTS cover of Come Back Home.
You mentioned keyboards a lot, but what I found interesting is the part that keyboard is usually used for but actually Soohyun's real voice, which is "Woo~ Woo~" right before Dinosaur. I think that her human voice covering the high pitch techno sound is really amazing. You also mentioned some similarity of TT and Soohyun but Soohyun did such style in 2012 during Kpopstar2 way before Twice was formed. Thanks for the review!
I liked how they used edm in this song! The song gave me a sense of a slight latin feel because the way Suhyun's voice sounded, it reminded me of Julieta Venegas a Mexican singer/songwriter. Btw, she is a great artist to check out when u get a chance, you don't have to do a reaction video 😊, Me Voy and El Presenté are two of my favorite songs by her! Anyways, back to AKMU, they definitely captured that summer vibe perfectly in this song! It makes me want to go outside and play like I used to when I was a little kid growing up in L.A.! Yes!! I stayed up to listen to AKMU's release of Dinosaur and I was not disappointed! I really found the song really refreshing for the summer! It definitely gave off a summer vibe with its bouncy almost bubbly instrumentals. I like how AKMU is experimenting with different sounds but still giving their own twists to them. I really love ChanHyuk's vocals in this! Their harmonies are top notch as always! (also ChanHyuk be looking for them cryptic Dinosaurs and dragging SuHyun with him)

Chanhyuk writes all their lyrics and composes all their songs, and he always releases little blurbs about what the songs about/inspired by, but this one fans had to piece a little more together since it's such a personal story and he didn't go into detail. If you look up the english lyrics you'll get a whole new understanding. He'd been asking YG to let him do edm style music since they signed with him but he'd said no until now. Chanhyuk said we can expect all types of music from them in the future, as he really wants to venture into all genres. Also, something I think you'll be able to respect as a musician, they decided not to preform this on music shows because the style of the song isn't the kind that fits with a big production like music stages are, so they picked respecting the song over publicity. So instead they had a little gathering and preformed it and the side B track with a live band, and it's breathtaking. You'd think her voice is autotuned or tweaked to hit those notes, but they're 100% Suhyun and it's amazing to see live. This might sound weird but even though the instrumentation is somewhat typical for like a EDM or techno song you can tell that it was written by musicians who play instruments. I really like the song and the sound they are going for now! I mean I love AKMU so it's no suprise I like this :D But for my style the drop is too light (?) but I know that "hard hitting" style isnt their style so I understand BUT then again I think I know a mindset and scenery that would suit this song - and when I would listen to it - perfectly :3 So I don't mind it xD I can't explain things well but yeah :3 Overall I really like this!
