I went to prp training at Lemoore in the mid 80's lived off base thou , The place wasnt in the middle of nowhere but you could see it from there lmao , Good vid brings back memories of my Navy days sure miss it !

Bootcamp sucks but it’s not hard just do what your told and move fast. Advice study and get ready for no caffeine! Haha you be fine good luck!

Any advice for going through basic with glasses? I’m stressing over not being able to see anything during swim quals and firefighting training. Not sure if there are any other times you have to take off your glasses but I’m basically blind without them. Do you have to wear your mask during pt training?

You’ll be fine they give you some cheap navy glasses you can wear! Swim you don’t need and firefighting you can wear them inside your mask! the mask only comes off when we sleep & pt!

E-5s live off base and get BAH I think the army still allows E-5s to live in the barracks.

Yea usually there’s a barracks rules page you can get from the bpo and for females usually have visiting hours
