I wonder if it ever crossed cleet's mind,
that when he bought the dale truck, he would one day own his very own short track to drive it on. Must be a very humbling experience. From getting pulled over in it and it sitting on the lift, to being a (long awaited) fully functioning race truck. It's really cool to see all the progression over the years.

I think in the early 2000s, there was an Audi pacecar for Le Mans in the rain, and the drivers were asking him to slow down, because they couldn't keep up. I imagine the Dale Truck pacecar would be a lot like that 😂
You should start a list of all the cars times around FF like the old top gear.. Maybe a celebrity list with a crown vic.

The Freedom Factory needs a Top Gear style leader board. It would be cool to see some other TH-camrs bring there cars out and see who's got the fastest car at the Factory.
“TH-cam stars in ex cop cars” and make em run a set course in a crown Vic. Gotta keep the car standard to keep it competitive.
@@ChannelPineappleSon is right. Use 1 car. If not it could get dangerous. TH-camrs would start bringing out 8-1200 horsepower cars trying to break records and eventually crash, pushing it to hard. Cletus is a great driver and look what happened with the lambo. All that power can get away from you quick. Most of these youtubers have more money than talent.

It's a race track, crashes are inevitable. Obviously they should implement ever safety precaution possible. But when you race cars around a race track crashes happen. Should Garrett stop running Leroy and Ruby at full rip? Because that's just as dangerous, probably more so.

I endurance race alot, in old 90s sportscars so keeping an eye on the gauges is important!
I watched his eyes like a hawk the only time I didn't see his eyes was when he lifted in 3 and 4 I imagine that light blinked at him finally like Cletus said 2 1/2 laps the light starts blinking
I daily a (stock power) miata with an actual working OP guage. Bet your ass my eyes are glued to it just because it's there.Pressure drops when I max brake, that means I need to ad an extra quart over spec.

For sure. Adjustable steering column would be good too, but spending a lot of time driving a car with your legs scrunched up can be bad for your ass...especially in a race seat.

I've been using an electric water pump in a vehicle of mine for several years now. I completely agree, it's the best thing in the world to be able to run your fans and pump without the engine running. I do this whenever I start to run hot. Keep in mind that this also allows you to safely add coolant without the engine running, you're circulating the coolant at the same rate as when you're running, so you don't have the same risk of damaging something like you normally could when adding coolant to a hot engine.
When you were sitting behind the wheel of dale truck did you ever look over at the stands or infield and think “dam I own this place!” Going from washing ctvs and c7’s in your drive to this. Just incredible!
Foam cannon on the C7 was my first Cleeter YT experience. First time seeing him was on a video on FB called "how to properly UTurn a C7. He hit the turn around on the freeway and ripped it hard through the top of 4th
When I was Circle burning and winning all my races in my big block Buick MQ7 nova I change the pickup tube put it down in the right rear corner of my oil pan and never starved for oil again. I also ran an extra qt oil. Ran that motor 4 years, never a problem. Also ran SFR additive.

I saw that too. Super dangerous with potentially leaving burning rubber on the ground (literally burning rubber) and then spraying fuel on it like this. They gotta address that.
Seeing the Dale truck parked at the start/finish line brought a tear to my eye. Hoping a circle track racer get behind the wheel and set a new track record with that thing!

Dale Earnhardt never drove in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck series, but I will say that is a very beautiful truck and I am very glad that Cleetus can continue the legacy of Dale Earnhardt, even though he’s been gone for 20 years this year because of his fatal crash on the last lap of the 2001 Daytona 500 I’m glad people like Cleetus can definitely continue to show the love and respect for a great iconic figure and not only NASCAR but other auto racing series, that was a really cool video!!

Yeah that vent is meant to be hooked up to a catch can to catch excess fuel when refueling. Hopefully they put a cap on it bc otherwise when they go to refuel the truck they're gonna get a bunch of fuel pour out bc it overflows
