- Picinisco is a small, undiscovered borgo in Italy, located on the mountains of Valle di Comino. It's definitely off the tourist track and still very authentic, good for a day trip from Rome if medieval towns are your thing.

My girlfriends grandfather was from there. But came to England a good while before the 2nd world war. She tells me that there is no Riozzi s living there anymore. It was my mistake but thanks for the reply. It’s a beautiful part of the world. And your very lucky. We we’re thinking of visiting.
I'm planning a motorcycle tour here later this year with my brother and a good friend who's family are from Picinisco going back two generations. He's mid 50's and never been yet. We were discussing going on a motorcycle tour last year and when we were in an Italian restaurant (in the UK) and he told me about Picinisco, I said "that's the tour". It looks lovely. I've been to Italy 25-30 times; I've lost count, but not been for nearly twenty years so really looking forward to going back. Thanks for the video.
