The dancing is all done indoors so this time the outdoor shooting she went by herself (w/o dance crew) 1:09 - 1:30 - at first the indoor scenery is actually very clean but she wanted the sort of feeling where there’s sand and a bit of light creaking through. She feels like this is the right sort of feel for Krumping especially the effects of when the kicks are done in the choreo and the sand flies. 2:01- 2:46 - half way through shooting she remembered part of the music - the “make it real” part which she designed with the song writer so she wanted to do the camera spinning for that part (as a spontaneous thing) - she feels like this is more street dance style. Xin says every song and MV she wants to bring originality to it. 3:00- 3:19 - she was dancing krump roughly around 14. At the time she wasn’t good at doing hat tricks which is why this time she wanted the hat tricks for the choreo, it’s kinda like fulfilling a small wish of hers since she rarely does hat tricks. 3:21- 3:27 - the slicked back hairstyle she previously wanted didn’t work out, so she could only put down the tiny bit of bangs she had 3:37- 4:29 - she struggled for a long time during the process of making hurricane. She was quite scared she wouldn’t be able to do it well so she initially didn’t choose krump to be in her line up of dances but when she was finalising the 10 different dance styles she realised krump is still needed so they added stomp aspects to the song.
