@@rajeshree1176 you can type this mantra on Google you will find various sites defining this mantra,there is also a video on Google of Dalai Lama where he is explaining the meaning of this mantra but to make it more simple to understand I have tried to use more simple language as far as this mantras benefits our conserned i have seen the video of the people who have used and experienced and have shared their experiences for eg day before yesterday also I found one channel on TH-cam it's youtuber has said that he is a light worker who is basically hindu but also practice Buddhist mantra as he says that his research tells him that they are directly connected to the universe
