I think if you hit someone that hard they'd go down anyway, no need for dim mak. I'm curious to know what happens if they don't revive? Should have given them two minutes for us to find out if they're seriously winded or genuinely in trouble!
Direct hit to solar plexus or liver shuts you down for a while. Hard to hit during real fight though.

that's assuming you can hit the exact meridian spot in the same technique during a fight between two equally matched masters.

this is very real the chap hardly touched him and he was down i suggest find a master and see for yourself
