Try any programming languages, or any IT skills like SEO, SMM, Graphic Design, etc. You can specialize in one thing later.) 3. Don't wait for a perfect time to apply for jobs As soon as you learn specific skills, apply for internships or junior roles or freelance projects. You'll learn more as you work more on different projects. Note: Select College based on your ease of access and affordability. And if you're really interested to learn an IT skill, then there's a ton of Free Resources. Like TH-cam, Udemy, Coursera, TutorialsPoint, edx, etc.You just need some patience and concentration.
