২০০৯ সালে ৪টি রুগ্ন পোশাক কারখানা কিনে পথচলা শুরু করে টিম গ্রুপ। পরে সেই কারখানাগুলোই তাদের কপাল খুলে দেয়। বর্তমানে গ্রুপটির রয়েছে দুটি LEED সার্টিফাইডসহ ছয়টি তৈরি পোশাক কারখানা। ২০১৭ সালে তারা শুরু করে অন্যান্য ব্যবসা। গ্রুপটির বড় বিনিয়োগ আছে, ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালস, আইটি এবং রিয়েল এস্টেট খাতে। সেখানে কর্মসংস্থান হয়েছে ২৩ হাজার মানুষের। এখন প্রশ্ন, রুগ্ন কারখানা কীভাবে লাভজনক করা হলো?
