The game is Half-Life Alyx, it's a VR exclusive released in 2020, it takes place between Half-Life 1 and 2. The mural at 2:40 is of the main alien army in Half-Life 1. And yeah, everything here is part of the game, but manually reanimated. I'd 100% love to see you replay Half-Life, I don't know if you're aware but the community remake that took 17 years, Black Mesa, is out now on steam, you could play it instead, but I recommend playing HL1 first for extra nostalgia. You should watch the gameplay launch trailer for it, it's epic 😎. Oh and man, I'd wish for a Half-Life song with lyrics...
