    Hi Rebekka, a great overview of how to use the 3 Account method in various scenarios. Have you thought on how to do so for a couple with two chequing accounts and a joint account setup? I would be interested in hearing about that. Also, though these are aimed at 20s and so she-wise,it it good even in one’s 50s as I am.

      Thank you so much for your feedback, I'm glad you enjoyed the video 😊 if you are looking to apply this with your partner, my first inclination would be to have one shared account for bills, and two separate accounts for individual spendings. You could choose whether you want to have your salaries coming into the separate accounts and transfer a portion into the shared account or the other way around. For savings I would have another separate account. Depending on how you want to share finances, either one savings account for both or 2 individual. So as a couple you're looking at more like 4 to 5 accounts for this method. Whatever you decide, the big advantage of this method is to keep savings separate from bills and bills separate from fun spending. You could achieve this with sharing or splitting finances as a couple. Happy budgeting/money organizing! 😊💸
