  • Another warm week, but glad for the Dare to Dopey facebook group for theming our long run this week and giving me a chance to test out my marathon outfit!

    Just saw you start the Dopey series. Finished listening to your Goofy training playlist a few weeks ago to get into the head space to run it this year. Good luck on the new training cycle!

    I am glad I have such strong math skills. Yes, that's it. Math skills. THAT's the reason I've never run an 8:20 pace.
    (Oh yeah, and my chicken wing eating skills. Those probably help too. 🫣)

      Yes, I’m glad my ankle seems to be holding up! I seriously couldn’t believe it when I twisted it that first week 🤦‍♀️
