Lethal Tempo works with any AP champs usually crown Lux Kayle Ezreal Kaisa Annie MF ADCs
Kraken more for Darius Malphite Bllitz Jarvan Jax Sett any tank depends the team.
Lethal tempo when long trades benefit you and kraken for short trades
All bs..just letshl tempo for attack speed so dps.. and kraken Slayer is for additional treu damage on third hit...overal lethal tempo can do way more damage immo
Both runes are very good and can be used at any time bro, Kraken is very good against tanks as well as against weak champions, and Lethal is very good in all aspects, the rune depends more on how you feel comfortable and playing style

If u are baron laner just know where the enemy jngler is jng cant stay with all the time because jng need to clear the monsters for exp and money so just put ward on river or help in scuttle
Its easy to avoid gank if u have jng knowledge
Andalso learn to agro the minion wave so u can farm properly . Know when u have canon wave and without and manage it
The best way would be to play passive and safe, and dedicate yourself only to farming minions or jungle mounts, try to farm the greatest number of minions in the 3 lines and you will be able to recover

And it has movement speed another great stat when you are fed
Because that blade helps to regenerate your health per hit to enemy champions
