Released on the first day of the Agritechnica 2019 show with only 1000 pieces on offer at a very reasonable price of €99.99
So what do you get? Very nice packaging with the Limited Edition "Agritechnica" stamp. Scene photo on one side I assume was taken by @Muellermaenner ( find him on Instagram )
Inside the box, you have 1 Claas Torion 1914, 1 large front bucket, 1 pallet fork and a bag containing 2 handrails, 4 spot lights, 1 beacon and a chrome pin.
Very functional model as we have come to expect from Wiking, bonnet and 2 side panels raise up to show us the Liebherr D944 A7 228Hp engine underneath. All very well detailed.
Single entry to the cab off the left side, the 4 spots and beacon are easily installed and even more easily lost if dropped so handle with care.
Articulated steering works well with a nice amount of resistance. The loader itself rises up quite a distance with ease and is somewhat self levelling. Changing the bucket for the forks is an easy enough process, the forks are width adjustable and really look the part.
Overall this is a very well finished model that includes many functional parts. Fair to say I was much more impressed by this piece than I initially thought I would be. Displays very well beside the new Claas axion 960 Terra Trac or Claas Jaguar 870 or 960.
