Layered Cardmaking Delight: Creating Magic with Patterned Paper

Using just plain and patterned paper, make elegant yet simple layered cards. In minutes you can make personalized cards with paper, scissors and tape, no special tools needed. A great beginner project.
Supplies needed:
3- 81/2 x 11 card stock ( for card base)
3- 8 ½ x 5 ½ sheets of colored cardstock
3- 6 x 6 sheets of patterned paper
1- 4x6 white cardstock
Sentiments preprinted (optional)
Paper cutter or scissors
Glue or tape
ruler
Cutting measurements
Cardstock for base cut in half to 8 ½ x 5 ½ crease at 4 ¼ and fold (I used white)
Colored cardstock
4- 5 ⅛ x 3 ⅞ ( pink and light green)
4- 3 ¼ x 2 ( pink and light green)
2- 5 x 3 ¾ (dark green)
Patterned paper 2- 5 x 3 ¾ (wood grain and floral)
White cardstock 4- 3 x 1 ⅞
Sentiments- 2 ⅞ x 1 ¾
