Cleaning out the cat run 🐈🐈‍⬛

Getting ready for the HOT HOT weather and Dust storms over the next 2 months I decided the cats needed their run a little "Spruced Up" as well, their litter certanly needed to be changed 🤧 and revitalized as it was only supposed to be a temporary solution a couple of months ago as it was, But - I only just got my hands on the river sand needed to do it.
The carpet inside their cage will serve two functions, 1 keeping the grass at bay - while it was nice in the winter when it was lush it really is a bit of a bugga to get in there to whipper snip it all down, then rake up, so I have left a small section for another natural litter box, ( Princess Patches likes her privacy ) and 2 it will be nice and warm in the winter months to come where the cats can pick a nice sunny position where it is warm and doze the day away!! 🐈🐈‍⬛🥱😞😞 Hmmmm, Pitty, I'm not a cat, too??
There will be a lot more done over the next few months as the weather cools down somewhat!! as it is currently 46+ Celcius today!!! Or 114.8 Fahrenheit 🥵🥵🥵
