Always a smart idea, when you get a new tool, to pick a small, manageable project that you know you can master, so the new techniques and new ... abilities, can sink it properly. Every time i get a new machine or acquire a new skill, i do this, and it's an excellent method to integrate them.

Ramy you are doing an excellent job in all your construction models. You are expert in e.t systems to be able to execute such complicated molds ? Also, how are you able to finance such expensive work ? CNC machines and material ? Being a fan and model builder myself I know that any construction require time, expertise and money. Anyway congratulation for your first quality work. Well done Ramy !

Severely heavy wood, you should use 3mm wood sandwhiched between 1mm carbon fiber sheets combined it will make 5mm structure that weighs less and is stronger.

You mentioned how you used the design. Could you do a video showing the process? How much to you reduce the outside to make the wood bracing? The process of designing these would be nice and informative as you would be showing us the process and you could mention why you do it that way as you have already learned from practice and finding what does not work. I am sure that everyone would like to see how you built the mold and the process you went through. You mentioned that you can buy the drawings but I must have missed the company. Thanks for the video and stay safe and well.
