Beef stroganoff
ฝัง
- เผยแพร่เมื่อ 30 พ.ย. 2022
- Ingredients
- 600g beef fillet, sliced thin (rump will also work well)
- 1 brown onion, sliced thin lengthways
- 200g button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 50g butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 400ml beef stock
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles to serve
Method
1. In a large frying pan, heat the oil and seal your beef in batches until they have good colour.
2. Once all the beef is sealed off, remove from the frypan and set aside.
3. Add the onions to the pan and sauté until they have some colour and start to soften.
4. Add the mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. Next, add the flour and stir well. Once all the flour is stirred through, pour in the beef stock and mix until you don't have any lumps.
6. Cook for 10 minutes or until the sauce is nice and thick.
7. At the Worcestershire sauce, mustard and sour cream and mix well.
8. Add the beef back to the pan and stir through.
9. Serve with buttered egg noodles and enjoy! - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
I think Andy is studying how to perfect the bibim naengmyeon for Niel
❤️
#Bibim_For_Neil
I don't think babe wants to eat it Neil. Sorry. You'd get way more luck asking for Budae Jigae...
I hope so. It is a pretty simple dish though.
He damn well better be
I thought I hated beef stroganoff... turns out my mom used to make it with ground beef and canned mushrooms soup.... I feel green at the memory. She did her best on a limited food insecure income. I'll have to make this one for her. I'm sure she'd love it.
Moms can take so little and make it work, somehow... Seasoned with love ❤️!!
My Midwestern grandma attempted Spaghetti: Macaroni & cheese covered in tomato soup. I doubt she ever had Parmigiano-Reggiano, ever. Farmhouse cooking & she did make many things oh sooooo delicious 😋 And a hand made quilt to snuggle in too!
That's how I make it lol and I love it
It’s been 7 months since you wrote that. Keen to know how it went. Did you end up making it for her and did she like it ?
hope you do make it for her ❤
My wife makes bad stuff all the time and did that. I told her steak only
My Oma (Austrian grandma) used to make stroganoff with bow tie pasta whenever I visited her as a child it’s one of my fav childhood memories ❤ RIP Oma
My absolute favorite comfort food of all time.
"She stroganoff my naengmyeon til I beef"
She stroganoff my beff till I naengmyeon

Nahhh bro how y’all come up with this kind of stuff 💀💀💀
Hahahhahhahaha
"she got beef cuz she caught me stroganoff"

I asked for shakshuka twice and he did it, but he's been leaving Neil hanging for months 😭

@@markopolo1271 💀
He did a vod on it today
Yeah this one isn't correct no Worcester sauce in there, and he forgot the sour pickles 😅
This is the first time in a while where I feel like I can almost taste it literally, with the way it’s presented and his words
I made this for dinner Saturday and my husband ate so much it hurt when I mentioned dessert. He was like no no no! 😆
Hahahahaha classic 😂 good stuff
"Ive already done a beef stroganoff video, but im gonna do another one so i can keep dodging the bibim naengmyeon guy" -andy
😂😂😂😂😂
Yea what on earth. Such a slap in the face haha
Eh, not everyone likes cold noodle dishes. Especially in his part of the world, they are not very widely known or eaten. Sure, they are good, but there is kind of a hurdle in getting people to want to try an ice cold, spicy noodle dish lol. I've had it with ice cubes chipped up, the cubes were made of beef broth. Definitely not something everyone is interested in
Literally LMAO
Came here just for these comments 🤣
Bibim naengmyeon for Niel!
It looks great! Mine was mostly made with hamburger or the cheapest cuts of beef I could find cubed up, fried and then put together with a mix of cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Worcestershire, and dry onion soup. Heat until all blended, serve over egg noodles.
Didn't bother adding salt because there was so much sodium in it already- that's one reason I stopped making it, alongside my then-wife not being a huge fan.
Andy is looking particularly cute in this video…. IJS.
🥰😄❤️🎄⛄️
STROGANOFF 2-0 BIBIM NAENGMYEON
🤣🤣🤣
Booya! In your face, bibim!
Man! Will the wait ever end!?
😂💀
Who is that?
I like to think babes can’t just pronounce Niel’s dish so that’s why its taking them so long
😂😂😂😂😂😂
That's gotta be it!
She’s been practising

@@andy_cooks She's practicing smiling when she eats it more like it... 😂😂 Cold noodles are not for everyone.
looking dapper with the stache
Now I want to make my family's beef stroganoff again. That looked way too flipping good.
It's way better when you say the ingredients ! Makes it more replicable
Agreed!!
I’m going to give it a go now I know what goes in.
Love these videos.
Thanks so much Andy!
The ingredients list and method are always on the description, should be pretty replicable whether he says the ingredients or not 😂
@@chrissywriight ah, didn’t know that. I’ll start looking more closely.
Many thanks. 👍
You Rock ,Andy ! love from Spain ,following you long time ago !
Thank you for all your recipes!!!!!
Bibim naengmyeon, for Neil of course
Wow such a original comment. No one commented that.
I would start with the mushrooms, and after that with the onions. Looks delicious!
It looked wonderful made me remember I haven’t had it in 30 years and I miss it
This moustache of yours frickin' awesome mate, suits you really well
“Babe what do you want for dinner?”

@Don’t come for me unless I send for you 🤷 lol it happened already . Happy for Neil

Day 28 of chicken parm 🐔
Day 101 of bibim naengmyeon for neil!
He made a chicken parm sandwhich before, but I wanna see the pasta and everything with it!
Well, could I ask for a veal parm?
Could we see all the different styles of so-called American parmesan or parmigiana, etc., sandwich (or plate), chicken, veal, eggplant, shrimp, whatever else is out there? Some places will charge you for veal (which used to be cheap) but substitute pork. It's not what you paid for it, but it's not necessarily a bad sandwich.
But if I want to judge your real skill -

Absolutely Perfect.
OMG….that looks incredibly delicious!!

Beef Stroganoff is creamy, smooth and velvety, just this side of heaven. Definitely worth a revisit. I do enjoy your staccato knife rhythm slicing the onion and mushrooms, a veritable symphony 🎶 If there was a way for me to contact Babe, I would use that back channel. Alas, Andy for the love of the little Baby Jesus in velvet trousers ~~Please make Neil his Bibim Naengmyeon. If you cannot or will not, please address it. The poor man is but a shadow of his former self and the natives are getting restless. Thank you for your time and talents instructing us. Much love to you and Babe, stay well. ✨

1 of my favorite meals! Easy to make and satisfying 👌
Damn that's unreal how easy that was! Everytime I see someone cutting food so finely, I say to myself "I gonna need some food grade anti-cut gloves and patience." 😅
You can't cut like that if you are wearing cut safe gloves. Just stay out of the kitchen Karen.

We all came here today waiting for Bibim Naengmyeon. I wanted to be able to ask for my Feijoada Completa, but I feel we should support Neil. Today I'll not ask for Feijoada Completa but for Bibim Naengmyeon. (By the way, this Beef Stroganoff looks amazing)
Let's ask for both.

Nice to get quick straight instructions. I have made quite a few online recipes, and they turn out great!

Your the best chef on TikTok bro, you keep it real. You don't always use the fussy expensive ingredients, you show your mistakes. That's my kind of chef. Even tho I love ramsey, they'll never show him overlooking a Shepherds Pie because it happened to the best of us. Best chefs owe to their mistakes which makes them better chefs
I make this often, your recipe is very close to mine. I will try adding the mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Thanks!
Two ingredients that made a huge difference to my cooking once I started using them more. The anchovies in the Worcestershire sauce is the magic
why do all these youtubers waste good wagyu in dishes that completely hide the buttery flavor of wagyu. You coulda gone with any decent grocery store beef filet for that, its covered in cream and tons of mushroom oomami. Stop it with the wagyu, YTers.
