Nicht die geschälte Bananen auf das Brett legen wo vorher die Bananen mit Schale gelegen haben.
Die Schalen sämtlicher Früchte sind meistens behandelt.
Bananen möglichst ausschalten ohne Inhalt zu berühren.
Dann Hände waschen.
Holzbretter sind unhygienisch da sie nicht in die Spülmaschine können.
