    Duplicati is very powerfull and I use it since years! But: bevor backup docker-volumes you better should stop all docker containers (databases could get corupt, if you copy it whlie the application is writing to it). I would reccommand to install duplicaty directly on the docker host (there is a .deb available), then build a "before script" that stops all docker container and a "after script" that starts all containes again.
