Failure to commit lol you can see me at 1:56 hesitate to toss into nose down and I chicken out to a reverse into a tail down tock. I decide shortly after that crashing one a day is enough hahaha!
I do not even count my chicken out's when I am working on my weaker side oriention (regarding your hesitate at 1:56)....A bit off topic: I got myself a new FrSky X14S radio with CNC machines precision hall sticks. Boy, what a difference a better radio can make in the feel for mt helis ! My (cheap) Radiomaster TX12 MkII with all plastic gimbals feels like a toy! How much do you feel the effect of another TX? I guess you have several?
Thanks and ya I currently have three radio's, a vbar evo, spectrum nx-8 and whatever that white one is a 7e I believe . the V-bar gimbals are Glass. both spektrums are sticky. I do notice a difference when I first start using a new radio, but I get used to them real quick. the only time sticky gimbals bother me is landing, that little stiction can be slightly aggravating but to be honest, I get used to it real quick. I fly the simulator on the NX7 so it gets the most use. I only have two helicopters on V-bar so thats the only reason that radio isn't in my hands more. If I was younger id be all over this open source (radiomaster) flight control shareware. Enjoy experimenting!! lemme know what u think! , Mike
@@mykel1969 Thanks for your answer! I am flying only 3,5 years helis and was usind this inexpensive RM Tx12 for two years. I needed some days to really get a feel for my better FrSky X14S. But now I feel a bit like a different pilot: In this new radio I can adjust the spring tension of the gimbals so that I really feel the midstick position on cyclyc and yaw. The RM gimbals were way too loose, even with hardest spring tension adjustment. This helps my inverted hover a lot (I guess). I am beginning to slooowly fly inverted from side to side and back and forth. I guess the new TX helps me big time! I hope to make a video soon!!
@@frisos3944 I do tend to only fly nitro when the wind is blowing it away from my neighborhood and generally when everyones at work. I also fly more in the winter since everyones closed up anyway, which is now. I got a rebuilt Trex 600n I should get some footage of soon. Thanks! Mike.
Heck yeah! Looking good!
That is a nice looking heli sir, nice flying as always
I sure can see that pink the best! Thank you!
