I started listening to the Bellamy Brothers as a kid in 79 I was 7 and I finally got to see the boys in concert this past May (2024) and it was awesome
I only knew them for that song on the pop and rock radio station I used to listen to back in the day. It was only in very recent years when I begin listening more to country that I found out they are a country duo. I find I generally prefer older/traditional country.

BTW, After the line about people being offended by Aldean I looked that up and found the video for the song. Good song. People that don't get that song are either just looking to make trouble or clearly don't understand what he is singing about.
