Today I want to thank you very much for your wonderful and high quality lessons, wich I enjoy as often as possible. I like your way of teaching. You explain precisely and show all steps in a perfect rhythm. With my thanks, regards and best wishes from Paris to Bali. Viola

@@DesaYogiIyengarYoga I have a question regarding inversions. I banged my right side of the head on a light fitting last week it came up with a bump and bruising. Will the inversion blood flow to the head help this heal as it is still sore to the touch
Hi Polly, yes, the diaphragm must move in our breathing process. Look at babies and learn from a body before its re-trained and modified to adjust to varying conditions and situations. The innocence of a child will inform us. Namaste
Kondreddy, the abdomen stability is reliant on the interconnection of many parts within the physical body: various muscle groups some deeper and some more superficial; the facia extending throughout the body and covering all the muscles joints, and ligaments: the organs; and the breath, which helps to spread, relax and move inward from torso back torso.
