1) I would use $500,000 to pay off all my debts
2) I would use $500,00 to live off of until my interest payments are deposited
3) speaking of interest payments, treasurydirect has a 6 month T bill @5.5%, a 1 year T Bill @ 5.48%. They also have a 2 year Note @ 5%.

First, is to create a institution for the youths just leaving College/ High school in which they would be placed in the respective positions of their choice , this would take the form as on the job trainings for experience purposes,.
