I think the reason he runs away from anyone involved in the show is he thinks he might actually get lumped in when someone else tries to sue them. His parents probably put the fear of god into him about it, that or they’d disinherit him if he fell back in with them, possibly. He’s probably aware he wouldn’t have a leg to stand on if he sued. Bobo on the other hand is still a possible issue. There’s hours of evidence of them coercing him and it wouldn’t be hard to convince a judge that he’s too retarded to just say no to all the influence and peer pressure.
