Because I love necro so much, the Cracked Crystal staff is about T8.2 in terms of damage (better than 8 but drops off faster with def, and I'm not sure how exalts effect it) and the skull is similar to a T2/3. The staff is def not worth keeping when you have a full inventory, but it comes in clutch during O2 dance because it has 9 range so you can hit with an inspire. I would do it along side spider dens for early in a necro no pet experience/hpe run. I wish there were more early game UT's that aren't good but make the beginning phase more interesting for more classes.
