Heat protectant protects your hair quality from getting worse, its extremely necessary to use one however its not going to take care of hairfall It takes about 20 minutes for me to style my hair using it. Yes I still use this blow brush and using any sort of heating tool regularly damages your hair, I have reduced my frequency to 1/2 times a month so its not that damaging. Also I use a heat protectant before using this to reduce the damage as much as possible. Hope I was able to resolve your doubt✨
