Shaman spirit traveling is real. I had surgery a few years ago and was resting on a couch. One of my uncle came over to the house to ua neej and as I was sleeping, I heard the bells ring. As I was sleeping, I saw my uncle wearing black ancient hmong clothes running through a paved dirt road with roughly 30-40 men, all dressed up in ancient hmong clothes and each with a sword. I saw my uncle running to a hill, asking a man where he can find the house he's looking for. He stopped at a few places until he found what he was looking for. The sky was flashes of red, orange and white. He swept the through the house, open the door and threw out all the bad things in the house into the sky. As all the bad things got thrown in the sky, a bolt of lightning struck it. When I woke up, I saw my uncle at the alter getting ready to come down from his journey and the front door was open. I later found out that I have shaman spirits. And I was able to go with him because of it.
