WE CUT DOZENS OF TREES! | Trail Work on Our Local Dirt Bike Trails

This is actually day 2 of a pretty epic Memorial weekend. It snowed just a couple days before the weekend so we loaded up both the sleds and our dirt bikes and headed up to the mountains. We rode snowmobiles on Sunday in 6" of fresh May powder. After riding, we loaded the sleds back up and drove about 10 minutes down the mountain so we could camp out of the snowstorm. Luckily I'd just finished installing my Espar diesel heater in my Sprinter Van so we stayed plenty warm that night.
We woke up in the morning, unloaded our dirt bikes and headed out on the trails. Someone had already spent some time clearing part of the trail but there was still plenty of work to be done out there. I stopped paying attention at some point but Steph says that we probably cut 30 to 40 trees that day. It feels really good knowing that we put some seriously hard work into keeping this singletrack ridable. My Husqvarna TE300i and Stihl 201TC Chainsaw are the perfect tools for this type of work!
