@@AP-ms2md if I don't have the pro certificate and don't declare my fly, and don't declare that I take photos and videos for the sky, and I fly onto an road (like highway), and more restrictons... I assure you that you can get a lot of penalty.... really 😛even if you declare your fly, it can be refused... in Paris, you can't fly or it is really complicated and reserved to the best pilot...
Awesome footage! Vietnam is very strict on its drone flying laws / rules. Any idea how can a tourist / travel videographer bring their drone into vietnam? The VN air authority is in vietnamese which we could not understand, not to mention applying for drone permits..

you may have some restrictions or pay for a certificate to fly some drones but you don't get a 75k penalty man

Just avoid crowded areas, naval islands, then you can fly comfortably as long as it is outside the no-fly zone.
