Demonstration-2 Protein preparation and Ligand Preparation

first of all, I'd like to thank you very very much for your wonderful lectures about maestro software (2020-2) version 12.4. By the way I have maestro software (2023-1) version 13.5 (Academic use only)
dear doctor, when I followed your video about protein and ligand preparation, I faced some problems and I hope you can help to solve them
1- when I made protein preparation and all steps done, the minimize protein didn't occur on the workspace navigator screen of the software but the rest appeared (2p33- preprocced, 2p33-hbond-opt, 2p33-removed water)
2- when I made ligand preparation, the software didn't make any preparation and when I click on (run) button, a message appeared (the system cannot find the file specified) and I will send you two pictures demonstrated the above two problems
