I love paper... don't care for stamps and extras... so I love this idea as it uses paper (it's a hobby to collect paper, right?) but I am trying to 'shop my stash' - thanks for the great idea!
I love ALL of these cards!! I have an extensive 😊 collection of Carta Bella and Echo Park papers, chipboard, and ephemera. I am obsessed, lol. I will be making lots of these this year for Christmas. I plan on making them A2 size so I will need to adjust the measurements on some of the pieces. Thank you so much for sharing this process and inspiring me to cut into some of my hoarded collections. ❤❤❤
its always so reassuring to know your not the only one to make silly crafting mistakes so thank you for including your upsidedown pattern card! my funniest mistake was when i was crafting with the girls and we were using a balloon stamp to cover a card front in an ambre design. mine turned out so beautiful! i was so proud... only to discover i was stamping on the envelope front and not the card front! OMG! that might be my silliest mistake but i seem to add to the list fairly regularly! thanks for the video. i really like the idea of using the double sided paper as the card base. i have some special paper that i have been hoarding that would be perfect for this! i look forward to seeing your other videos...
LOVE the paper collection.... the only change I would make for me would be to use solid cardstock for the bases. That would give me more pattern paper from the pack to make more cards...... Gorgeous cards !!!!

Beautiful cards! I’m a Carta Bella addict and have many art bin totes full of collections. They are such pretty papers I find it difficult to cut them! I always make my C-Mas cards assembly line. I do stamp, but make each component then put all together. At C-Mas I make about 40, maybe a little more. That's how I make all holiday cards, cause I send out so many. Really like this paper collection! Thanks for the fun video Amber!

Hello Amber! I too have had a hard time cutting into the Carta Bella Christmas Collection until I saw your video. I was not so sure that I wanted to use all the awesome paper for the complete card let alone the envelope flap. On my gosh what a fabulous set of cards and envelopes. I usually make A2 cards so these being 5 x 7 was way out of my territory! I want to thank you for all your hard work and bringing it to all of us out here in card making land. I absolutely love this set and I am going to make more. My family saves my cards from year to year so this will be really new for them and really fun for me! Thank again!!! By any chance have you tried making this same type of card only in a A2 size? I looked for a video but did not see one.

They are beautiful! I was thinking...if you cut the 3 x 4 in half you could get two to go behind the strip and 3 x 4 focal card.
