And Jah just added his lyrics over the Answer Riddim (originally from Slim Smith's "Never Let Go"). There are at least 300 songs with that riddim. Another U.K classic that uses it is Smiley Culture's "Police Officer" which was also sampled in another breakbeat hardcore tune in 1992 - Launch Pad -Subway. This is just a continuation of sound system / dancehall / hip hop / rave culture and how things evolve and get interpolated and sampled. If you can make a tune that people enjoy who cares if part of it is from another song. On a Ragga Tip has some lyrics from this, a cut up version of Lynn Collins - Think for the drums and then lots of original synth stuff on top. The result is a banger that works in raves where the Lynn and Jah songs just wouldn't.
