yea sorry this is kinda one of those builds where you need a riven to achieve the same damage solo. Or just use an arca plasmor
the most important stat is crit damage. You dont need the extra cc as long as its above 100% crit it will one shot. Alternatively, if you like team play you can have a volt in your sqaud and shoot through his shields. there is no need for more multishot as you saw in the video only one of the bullets were even dealing damage anyways.
the fastest way to charge ballistic battery is with the epitaph just shoot at a group of enemies a few times and it will charge up instantly.
just a little side message ig..
dont ever let someone tell you what is meta or what will scale to cap. literally any weapon can do damage with a proper setup. just because everyone uses a weapon a certain way doesn't mean that you have to do the same. Make your own builds, be creative, learn what works and what doesn't.
