How can you tell the medial knee Joint from the lateral joint on mri when the fibula is not present? What landmarks do you use. For example the subchondral insufficiency fracture, how did you know it was medial? 39:31

I usually recommend a follow up in 7-14 days to detect missed Scaphoid fractures in a patient with ongoing pain.
