We all have a special emotion for Shantiniketan in our heart.This place is not only the Home of Rabindranath Tagore but much more for its rooted culture, Bengal traditions. Shantiniketan situated in Bolpur, West Bengal which is known as Laal matir desh (Place of Red Soil). Not only the Biswa Bharati, Rabindra Museum but the entire Bolpur is wonderful place to visit.
Fulfilled with jungle of Shal, Palash, small Kopai and Khowai river which filled in monsoon and the view of full moon night is unforgettable. Near Bolpur there is a Satipith named Kankalitala (temple) which is a must visited place the journey from Bolpur to this place is awesome. There is a small village called Palashbani and beside that the famous Sonajhurir Haat (a open market) where you can get all Bengal traditional stuffs.
There are so many hotels and resorts to stay from low budget to luxurious stay. Bolpur, Shantiniketan is a perfect place to spend a fun and beautiful weekend with your friends and family.

Time 9am to 3pm (may vary) but majhe kono break time pabenna .. mane age jeta chilo 1pm to 2pm er modhey dhukte dito na .. akhn seta r nei .. ticket price ektu barie dieche Tobe student er kono Id card nie gele 10 - 20 er modhey ticket peye jaben
