The Turkey Creek golf course is an 18-hole course. Creeks meander through the neighborhood. Local wildlife are common. My house has a golf course in the front yard and a creek in the back--- it can't get any better than this!
As much as anywhere else. Some neighborhoods have very strict restrictions (haile plantation) and others not as so. Some just maintain the front entrance/common grounds and others offer more amenities like pools, clubhouses and sport fields.
