In the 80s, when forming a Neighborhood Watch, the police officer addressing our group made the same statement about burglars, "Give them something to work for...lock up and secure everything. They usually work in a limited time frame to avoid getting caught. Don't make it easy for them!"
As for sweet Mayberry needing a sheriff, perfect example that law and order = peaceful life.
Your advice could revolutionize America in a day if folk would listen and heed 🙏
